David Crolla has over 20 years’ experience in hospitality and F&B design, ranging from bespoke to large-scale developments. He has worked for internationally-renowned design firms such as AvroKO, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, and Tihany Design. Recently completed projects include Mortimer House (London), The Beekman Hotel (New York City), Perry Lane Hotel (Savannah) and Café Boulud (Toronto).

His design approach merges strong creative thinking and deep narrative research to create distinct, timeless and site-specific design. He is known for his ability to spearhead the evolution of the concept all the way through to the finest details. David’s creative and artistic sensibilities bring the ideas to life, allowing for further visualizing and development of intricate, layered design work. His creative skills are complemented by a strong understanding of commercial development, honed during his previous roles as a director of design and studio leader, and through his extensive collaboration with developers, architects, landscape architects and artists.
